PROJECT ARCHITECT QUALIFICATIONS
Must be articulate, professional, and a well-rounded individual who can exhibits a can-do attitude, and display an aptitude for design.
Must have a minimum 5 years of experience and licensed or on a path to become licensed
Comfortable taking the design lead on projects, confident in good outcomes.
Develop the design direction and design goals of a project, sometimes independently and sometimes in collaboration other project team members.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage coordination of projects against rigid timelines.
Effectively manage clients and their expectations
Manages junior staff, keeping them focused, productive and efficient
Superior interpersonal and written communication skills.
DRAFTING PERSON
Must be articulate, professional, and a well-rounded individual who can exhibits a can-do attitude, and display an aptitude for design.
Must have a minimum 3 years of experience.
Comfortable with taking direction from Senior members or Project Architects/ Leaders.
Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage coordination of projects against rigid timelines.
Superior interpersonal and written communication skills.
Well-Versed in AutoCAD and REVIT
